well since Yumi will barely be online, i have be set as a co owner, and Matt is a co owner too, i think since we are supposed to take over when she isnt able to be online, then me Matt, and Lola should all talk it over and decide who does and doesnt get a death note, and it will all be fair and not once sided if we all set up the 3 ppl with death notes. If there are any complaints, sorry but the admins should decide who does and doesn't get death notes and that is how it is. To set the record straight, i asked Yumi if i can have a death note and she said fine, so complaints or no complaints she is the site founder she can give the notes to whoever the fuck she wants, and I'm a co owner so the only one i have to listen to is yumi and the other admins.

Kirochi, I'm sorry but that death note didn't even exist so if you wanna get technical, you don't even own one. I don't care how many ppl get pissed off... The admins should be the ones saying who does and does not have death notes and i got mine directly from a shinnigami. umm that wasnt me who said it though, that was when dianna hacked my account, i guess no one deleted that post, but that wasnt my post. I think diannas total ban was wrong personaly, I'm just saying my character deserves his note after all the shit he went through to get it. ALSO! this site has been going for along time now, and this sort of thing strikes me as a communism thing, a guy comes up to me randomly "Oh you dont have your deathnote anymore cause i have it now" GODMOD?!

Ok listen, i didn't have Dianna's fricken death note. it was given to me by a shinnigami, and dude that bann was directly from Yumi not me so don't bitch at me, and since Nikki told me to look after the site when she is gone, im going to do my job, my decision is to get the admins to talk and come up with a decision on who gets the damn notes.

well Rei, your name will be thought of when it comes to having one of the kiras and listen Kirochi, I'm not saying you can't have a note, I'm saying the admins should look at everyone and see who the three will be

I agree with Tyler on the subject of the notes. And there are more ways to get the notes recalled. For instance, they get stolen by some random character who is later killed. Then the shinnigami can have their notes back. We just need a random person to be willing to kill their charrie. Or someone could make a new one. I'm just trying to get a plot together, by the way. I'm not trying to decide who gets the notes. I simply want to put my ideas out there.
