Lola stood with her feet in the water she picked up some flat rocks and tosted them into the water. She counted the nmber of skips she got each time but never got over five. This was on of the things she did to clear her mind. She picked up a few more rocks and tosted them at the water. It was calming and quiet and a good stress releaver.

Amaya checked to make sure no one was around before shifting to her lightest and fastest form. Spoiler: As soon as she had shifted, she launched herself into the air. She twisted to the left and did a bback flip before immediately barrell-rolling to her right. She continued to dodge imaginary opponents, not working on attacks at all. She let out a loud, carefree laugh in her deeper, yet beautiful, dragon voice. She loved flying!
