Nadia looked to where Sped was looking and nodded. "It does, doesn't it." She paused for a moment and looked down at her feet, then over at Spedster. "Is the job offer still open? On the investigation team I mean."

"Official-the task force knows you exist.Unofficial-only L knows you exist as a member that is.But unofficials work by them selves but still in legal ways they report to L and get paid.But have less chances of getting killed by Kira if he is in the task force."
