"Ah well let me know if you need help with anything," She said with a smile, "I was planing to make his life a living hell, death is much to good for him."

Tsuchi laughed quietly and took a sip from her drink. "Now that you mention it, that sounds more appropriate."

"Do you know anything about explosives?" She asked smirking, "I've never been one to use them but it seems an eye for an eye is fitting, perhaps blowing up his HQ will be nice."

Tsuchi drummed her fingers on her mug. "Not personally, no. I know how they work but as for getting my hands on them I'm not your girl. But I know someone, a very reliable someone, that could help you. I could ask them and be the middle man between you and them?"

"Sounds good, But first i have to locate the place, even his apartment will do. Somethings has to go boom."

Tsuchi laughed quietly. "Sounds like fun. You get me the location, I'll get you the person."

"Done deal," She said with a nod, "So be honest with me, are you ex military or something?"

Tsuchi laughed quietly. "No. I've never worked for the military. Don't plan to either."

"Thats good the military sucks, so you carry a gun but in Japan they are illegal. So your a law breaker, mafia?"

Tsuchi shrugged. "Maybe. Maybe not."

"The people that come here so hard to get information from," She said with a laugh, "Whatever tell me dont tell me its all the same."

She laughed quietly. "I am in a line of work that requires a gun and trigger slash button happy aquantances. That enough of an explanation?"

"Not for me but it will do for now, but if you like trigger slash button happy acquaintance then we should get along just fine." She said with a grin.

Tsuchi smiled slightly. "Sounds good." She took a sip from her coffee and leaned back in her chair. "So what are you into?"

She had to think about it for a moment, "besides work there is not much else... but i do like to read." She replied, "And you?"

Tsuchi shrugged and drummed her fingers on the table, watching them. "I like to cook," she replied simply.

"Are you good at it? just because you like to do it doesn't automatically make you good at it." She said laughing lightly.

Tsuchi smiled slightly and nodded. "I think I'm alright. I don't cook for people a lot so I don't have their opinion, but I think I'm fair."

"Awesome, thats good at least your not all like 'no mofo i'm the best at cooking!'" She said with a laugh, "Very modest."

Tsuchi raised an eyebrow. "I exagerate my talents sometimes but usually only if my life depends on being bigger than I am. But usually I don't. There's nothing to gain from it. Sometime's it gets you into trouble."

"Indeed it can," Ruby said with a nod, "Life around Tokyo has seemed to become rather slow, have you noticed?"

Tsuchi groaned and rolled her eyes. "I know. It sucks. I remember when there were shootouts every other day and the hospitals were getting pissed off and worried 'cause their patients were disappearing." She shook her head sadly. "Now there's none of that. It's terrible."

"Its all Kira's fault, criminals are afraid to take a piss in this city. He is just killing business."

She nodded. "He really is. Even though he's giving all those private dectives or whatnot more jobs 'cause people are trying to find him, he's killing the bigger picture. Besides him, detectives and the police try to catch the criminals. And if they're no criminals? Then all they're doing is searching for a guy that's hard for them to find. Really, he's just killing everyone."

"And were dose the killing end? after all the criminals are gone what will kira do? Start killing innocent people that dont agree with his or her way of life. Soon the world will be empty of all people. Because no matter how hard we try everyone breaks the law."
