Long Way Home

Yes it was about three o'clock in the morning. Yes the beach was deserted and dark. Yes people - people who didn't know Tsuchi mind you - would say it was dangerous. And yes Tsuchi was still taking the long way back to the warehouses by passing by the beach.
She ran a hand through her hair, shaking it back. This was why she hadn't taken Nadia's offer of a drive home, because she liked the quiet and solitude of an extremely early walk. Sticking her hands in her pockets she whistled quietly, something she didn't often do, and slowed her pace. She was in no hurry.
