Mattias smiled, an honest, genuine smile. "Yeah, I did." He moved kind of closer to her, "I was going to make you homeless, then kidnap you from the hotel you're staying in. Then either kill you or ship you off to some prison somewhere for a life sentence." He shrugged a bit, "Would've been quite easy."

Tsuchi narrowed her eyes at the new exchange. But... deciding she couldn't do much... she started to walk away, moving around behind Kisame.

She raised an eyebrow at him, "Did you really think that would work? You have no idea who i am do you?" She said and flicked his forehead, "You owe me 151000 Yen for that, i lost my deposit on that place."

"Apparently not, because unless you have your own squad of mercenaries you couldn't compete with S.W.A.T. members. The ones who would've been there after we placed about 5 plastic explosives under your bed and then sounded a bomb threat." He smiled again, "And no, I don't. Because you'll have your own place should you choose to do what I ask."

"Are you def? i said yeah already." She said rolling her eyes at him. "Why do you have to do that to my apartment i just got it the way i liked." She added sighing, "Anyways, I am Ruby Red or well known as Ts-R from an american military base. Only one person has come close to killing me and they now lay at the bottom of the ocean. No matter what forces you had i doubt you would have gotten me."

Mattias started laughing, and went into his back pocket, holding a Glock-19 up to her chest. "One guy worked pretty well, honestly. Now look at you, your guards down, and a gun's aimed right into your torso." He took it from her chest, and put it back into his waistband, smiling. "You're lucky I'm honest about what I said."

"I know you wont pull the trigger," She said smirk as she discarded her smoke to the floor. "Admit it you have yourself a little crush on me?" She laughed and added jokingly, "We made eye contact you feel in love."

"You'd be in a pretty bad situation if I didn't. Then you'd just have to throw me in the ocean, I suppose. And don't call it love, yet anyway." He sighed, "Call it an attraction. It's because you remind me so much of this girl I used to know. After she went away, one day."

"Whoa i wasn't being serious, no kidding eh?" she said brushing her hair our of her face. "Why did she leave?"

"That's the problem. I don't know. Been trying to find her, figured L would be the best position to do so."

"so why are you trying to be so big and bad on the Kira case? shouldn't you be looking for her?"

"I couldn't disregard such an important cause just to look for a girl I had interest in." Mattias kicked the ground a little bit. "Have to do my duties as the best detective in the world before I do things for my own gain."

"Well that stupid, Shes going to be hurt you put Kira before her." She said shaking a finger at him, "I know women... Well unless she ran away from you she wont care but other then that she probably would be really pissed."

"She'd understand, she was at Wammy's house too."

"Whats so special about this wammy house?" She asked raising an eyebrow at him.

"It's a boarding school for the highest scoring children in the world. They're trained in fields of criminal justice, and held in high expectations of replacing L, should he be removed."

Her eye lids dropped down in a bored manner, "Well thats stupid..."

He shrugged. "I thought it was pretty fun, while I was there."

"Meh, seems like a waste of time." She said shrugging also, "Trying to live up to someone else seems like a lot of bull shit."

"There always needs to be an L, so, that's why it exists. People need someone to look up to."

"And people look up to you?" She asked her eyebrow raised as high as it could go.

"Well, I was the smartest there. The only real contact I have with Wammy's house is through Roger Ruvie, other than that I don't really know." He shrugged. "So, I dunno."

"No offence doll, but you dont seem like the brights crayon in the box." She crossed her arms over her chest as she plainly stated it.

"Only reason you think that is because you can't read my thoughts." He smiled, poking his forehead, "It's almost as if there's someone completely different up there. You just haven't heard my plans. You'll see."

She poked his forehead, "How do you know i cant read your thoughts, I'm awesome like that. Life would be a lot easier if i could read peoples thoughts." She sighed sadly she couldn't read peoples minds.
