Ruby Red's Apartment No More.

The smell of chemicals filled the bathroom along with steam from the shower. Ruby stood in front of the mirror with a pear of scissors in her hand. Her once long red hair was black and damp with water. She looked down into the sink to see a chunk of her hair. 'I've spent to long under this alias anyways.' She thought and kept cutting her hair.

Soon she was finished her hair nearly dry. 'Ruby Red is dead... Hello Violet.' She smirked at her reflection in the mirror. 'I'm done playing nice if L want's war i'll give him one.' She grabbed her bags and left a not for Sped when ever he got back that her apartment was now his.

With her new look she left the apartment her bag slung over her back. 'Time to get to work. No more holding back.'

~Alexander floated beside 'Violet' chuckling faintly and deeply, he had randomly appeared beside her, and his presence was unknown until that moment~
Alexander McFarrel: "You should'a burned the place.. would have given it a nice, dramatic finish.."
~He spoke in terms of a play, laughing faintly as he continued to follow her~

"Meh, I didn't want to make a big deal, Spedster will want a place to live when he gets back." She replied to the shinigami as she walked down to the parking lot. "What are you doing still hanging around?"

~He would chuckle faintly, still following her side~
Alexander McFarrel: "I cannot allow my main role to stray too far away.. I must maintain sight.. in order to see every dramatic detail.."
~He spoke slowly and dramatically, laughing faintly~

"main role?" She asked fishing into her pocket for her car keys. "So you're just going to follow me around? Don't you have Kira for that?" She raised an eyebrow at him as she pulled out her car keys and unlocked the door of her freshly painted black 1967 Chevy impala.

~He cackled and chuckled, his jaw clanking about~
Alexander McFarrel: "Kira, is dead... she outlived her usefulness to both myself, and Leonardo... So, we need new roles.."

"Ren's dead?" Violet asked pausing before she got into her car. "And what you want me to be kira now?" She asked sarcastically as she put on her seat belt.

~Alexander would appear randomly in the back seat, holding the death note up to be visible in the rear-view mirror~
Alexander McFarrel: "Perhaps..."
~He spoke slowly and softly, following up with a ominous chuckle~

"Why me? I've searched high and low for kira. I want my revenge on him why would i become kira?" She asked hands gripping the steering wheel in anger.

~Alexander simply continued to chuckle ominously, eventually stopping for a few moments~
Alexander McFarrel: "I am not asking you to become Kira.. I am asking you to use this note book.. however you so please.. all I ask is you make it quite.. dramatic..."
~He spoke, chuckling~
Alexander McFarrel: "It'll also give you an edge against this L figure you appear to be having troubles with..."
~He spoke, chuckling once again~

She smirked looking back at the shinigami, "Sounds like fun... Do you have a name Shinigami?" She asked as she started the car.

~Alexander would gaze at the female with his metallic yellow eyes, chuckling softly~
Alexander McFarrel: "Alexander McFarrel..."
~He spoke slowly, laughing softly as he held the note book to the female, waiting for her to take it~

"You can call me Violet," She said smirking and took the notebook, "Nice to meet you Alexander." She looked at the book her car humming. 'It seems kind of ordinary for such a powerful weapon.'

~He chuckled softly as he gazed right above her head, as if there was something there~
Alexander McFarrel: "Violet huh.. nice cover up..."
~He spoke slowly as he cackled, then leaned closer to her~
Alexander McFarrel: "So.. now it is official that we are the only ones here at the given time.. So, do you desire me to relay your name to you still..?"
~He spoke slowly and ominously, chuckling faintly as he spoke~

She took her eyes off the death note and looked at the shinigami. "I think for now its best to keep my name a mystery even to me. There is still another Kira out there." She said and looked back at the death note. "I need to find him, kill him if he's the right one but these note books change hands so much its hard to know who was the original kira."

Alexander McFarrel: "Why bother with the original..? All that matters is the current Kira.. For obviously the original has given up his or her position and power as Kira... Making them a boring and unnecessary target.. at least at the given time.."

"The original kira killed my family, i want to return the act. But while i'm waiting for them to come out of hiding this will keep things interesting." She placed the notebook in her bag that was sitting on the passenger seat. "But how to use it...?" She wondered aloud as she put the car into revers and left her parking space.

Alexander McFarrel: "All your questions shall be answered once you open the note book.."

"Open it? Kind od driving." She sighed and pulled back into her parking space. " I know how the death note works I've been doing much research on it." She turned off the car and took out the note book taking a deep breath before she opened it.

~Upon opening it, Alexander would chuckle as the first page she would see was as followed;~

"So that's how the suicide king made people kill themselves. I never knew you could put in detail..." She said as she read over the list of rules.

~Alexander would chuckle slowly and ominously, pointing at the note book~
Alexander McFarrel: "Why not test it out..? Cm'on.. surely there's a name you wish to disappear, forever..."
~He spoke, laughing softly~

"So eager to make me write in the book huh?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. "What happens when i do that?"

~He chuckles and gazes at her~
Alexander McFarrel: "Someone dies, of course..."
~He began laughing ominously, his jaw clanking about slightly~
Alexander McFarrel: "Perhaps you have forgotten woman.. but I am a Shinigami, a God of Death... Death is something I look for when hoping for entertainment, or something to do.."

"You don't get something for nothing. What am i trading for this power? What happens when i write in this notebook? Besides death." She asked looking back at the shinigami. "There has to be some sort of catch."
